After serving eight years in the military, Yovani Washington developed a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service that now fuels their passion for environmental sustainability. Growing up witnessing the unequal impacts of environmental challenges on underserved communities, Yovani was inspired to found HydraEarth Network, an organization dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions, critical mineral extraction, and water purification.

With years of experience managing complex projects and leading innovative initiatives, Yovani recognized the opportunity to bridge the gap between groundbreaking technologies and equitable access to resources. HydraEarth Network reflects this vision by creating programs that empower future leaders through hands-on learning opportunities for researchers, interns, and professionals.

Eddie Weaver Jr. brings a wealth of leadership and experience to HydraEarth Network as Vice President. His commitment to excellence and community empowerment drives the organization’s mission forward.

Eddie has over 31 years of Financial Services Industry 15 years of Retail Branch Management Experience. 16 years of Regulatory Compliance Experience (former FDIC Examiner).
