CEO & Founder

After serving eight years in the military, Yovani Washington developed a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and a commitment to service that now fuels their passion for environmental sustainability.

Growing up witnessing the unequal impacts of environmental challenges on underserved communities, Yovani was inspired to found HydraEarth Network — dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions, critical mineral extraction, and water purification.

Yovani's mission is to build a future where clean energy, water, and opportunities are accessible to all, ensuring innovation and equity go hand in hand.

Eddie Weaver Jr.

Vice President

Eddie Weaver Jr. brings a wealth of leadership and experience to HydraEarth Network as Vice President. His commitment to excellence and community empowerment drives the organization's mission forward.

Eddie has over 31 years of Financial Services Industry experience, including 15 years of Retail Branch Management and 16 years of Regulatory Compliance Experience as a former FDIC Examiner.
